WORK AS A CLUB PROFESSIONAL

A year round staff team of 48 professionals work for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley and an additional 15-20 program staff are hired each summer. Whether an opening exists or not, we are always interested in meeting individuals who would like to work with young people!

Most positions are part-time program staff and average 25 hours per week during the school year and 30-40 hours during the summer. Entry wages start at $8.80/hour (as of 1-1-12). In general, successful candidates have a high school degree with a good start on both post-secondary education and work experience. All potential employees must pass a background check and a drug screen.

Our full-time positions are administrative and management in nature and typically require college degrees or equivalent experience. Salaries and benefits are competitive within the non-profit sector.
